سويت عمليتي عند دكتور سمير، وفعلاً إنسان قبل لا يكون طبيب. أسلوبه راقٍ، تعامله مريح، ويبان عليه العلم والخبرة من أول لقاء. شرحه واسلوبه و لطفه.... العملية كانت أكثر من رائعة والحمد لله، وتحس إنك مطمن وأنت معاه. حتى بعد العملية ترا يومين ورجعت لحياتي عاديفريقه الطبي مثالي بكل معنى من المساعدة لل ممرضين، وبالأخص أخصائية التغذية ملاك، ما قصرت معي ولا يوم بعد العملية. كانت تتابعني يوميًا، تطمّن علي، تجاوب على كل أسئلتي حتى المتكرر منها، وتعبت وياي بجدول أكل واضح فيه أمثلة وطرق طهي كذا مرة لاني امل بسرعة. أسلوبها لطيف جدًا وداعم، وتحس فعلًا إنك مو لحالك بعد العملية. آخر دلع مثل ما يقولون 👌وما أنسى مساعدة الدكتور نور، إنسانة قمة في اللطف وبسمتها مريحة، شرحت لي كل شي قبل العملية، وساعدتني في المواعيد وما قصّرت أبد.أنصح وبقوة، تجربة أكثر من ممتازة 🤍

صراحة ما أقدر أوصف تجربتي مع عملية السمنة إلا إنها كانت تجربة فوق الخيال، والفضل الكبير يرجع للدكتور سمير والدكتورة نانسي.الدكتور سمير إنسان قبل ما يكون طبيب احتراف، خبرة، وراحة نفسية يعطيك إياها من أول دقيقة. الشرح، الأسلوب، الثقة… كل شيء كان مثالي. يوم العملية حسّيت إني بين أيدي شخص مخضرم يعرف شغله 100%، ونتايج العملية كانت مبهرة، طبيعية، وتغيّر فعلي في صحتي وحياتي.لكن الشي اللي فعلاً يميزهم؟ الاهتمام اللي حرفياً مب طبيعي. اهتمام يجنننننن بشكل يخليك تحس إنك الشخص الوحيد اللي يتابعونه.أما الدكتورة نانسي، دكتورة التغذية اللي صدق أقول عنها: “راحة للقلب قبل الجسم”. اهتمامها مو عادي تتابع، تسأل كل يوممممم !!!!!!!! ، تعدّل الخطة حسب احتياجي، وتحرص إني أمشي على طريق صح بدون أي ضغط. تحس إنها ماشية وياك خطوة بخطوة وما تهدج ايي وقت ودوم موجوده حق اي سوال . اهتمامها يجنن بكل معنى الكلمة، وتحس إنها تبذل جهد فوق المتوقع عشان توصل للنتيجة اللي تناسبك.وهني لازم أوقف وأتكلم عن سنابل…سنابل صراحة فنانة بمعنى الكلمة. هي الواجهة اللي تستقبل، تفهم، وترتب كل شيء. ساعدتني في الحجز، المواعيد، والتنسيق بدون ما أحس بأي ضغط. أسلوبها راقٍ، سريعة في التعامل، وتخليك تحسين إن كل شيء أسهل وأرتب. وجودها في الفريق يعطي راحة وثقة، وطريقتها في التنظيم فعلاً ترفع مستوى التجربة بالكامل.باختصار الدكتور سمير + الدكتورة نانسي + سنابل = فريق ما يتكرر.رعاية، اهتمام يجنن، ودقة في كل خطوة من البداية لين النهايةباختصار… التعامل مع الدكتور سمير والدكتورة نانسي مو مجرد تجربة علاج هي رحلة اهتمام، رعاية، ونتائج فوق التوقعات.فريق ذهبي، راقٍ، وشغله يشهد له من أول نتيجة.أنصح فيهم من القلب، وكل اللي يجربهم بيحس بنفس الشعور.

I was astonished by meeting with this unique talent in such critical health condition I have been through. I traveled all the way from Thailand just to have the surgery with them, and it was the best decision I could have made.After two years of giving birth, I was feeling uncomfortable with my body because of the diastasis recti in my abdomen, and the only way to correct it was with surgery. I’d like to express my appreciation to Dr Samir for his care and professional work during my gastric sleeve surgery. He was the first Doctor I go to for consultation and I knew right away that I didn’t need to research any further. It’s not common nowadays to find a Doctor who truly cares about his patients and listens regardless of how busy he is which is one of the things that for sure makes him standout. I first had a consultation with Dr Sameer. He explained the procedure in detail. I proceeded with the 6 month baloon. The procedure was done professionally. I was taken care of. Noor explained everything to me and was in touch with me througout. I am also indebted to the nutritionist Dr Farah who was in touch with me on a daily basis. I will be honest, post procedure, there is discomfort but there is no way around it. It all settles down by the end of the week (it did for me). I have seen immediate weightloss and I am assured I will continue to do so. Overall, I would recommend the Dr and procedure to everyone who want to lose weight with non surgical procedure.

Dr Samir best knows what’s most suitable procedure for his patients. He discusses their history with them , listens to their concerns and advises best solutions. Post operation, the discomfort was very minimal which shows his professionalism. Further he follows up with the patient and responds to all queries.Thanks extended also to his team , Mrs. Noor Rashid was great with doing all admin arrangements efficiently and made my journey smooth coming from outside uae to do the operation.Finally, thanks to dietitian Mrs Farah Chabib for following with me every day for the diet before and after operation.

I had a very successful experience with Dr.Samir where I have chosen the stomach band as my choice of weight loss option. He was very informative, and comforting. His secretary Ms.Hiba was also very helpful in smoothing the process pre-surgery. In addition, after surgery care was amazing. Doctor Lea, the dietrition, would always check on me, and make the post-surgery process easy. All Novomed staff were always happy to assist me and answer any questions or concerns. I’m still on my weight-loss journey, but so far I am very satisfied and more confident. I would definitely recommend Dr.Samir to all people looking to lose weight, and get better and healthier.
